------------ Tsilivi Travel Car Hire Terms & Conditions----------

DRIVERS QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum age for groups A, B, F, is 23 years. For all other categories 26 years.
DRIVERS LICENSE:
A valid drivers license must be held for at least one year.
MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD: One day (24 hours). Each hours in excess will be charged 1/5 of the regular daily rate.
GASOLINE:
Will be paid by the client
TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS - FINES:
All traffic fines and administrative penalties to be paid by the client.
INSURANCE:
Hiring rates cover the following:
a. Death or injuries to a third party 500,000 Euro
b. Material damage to third party up to 100.000 Euro
c. Fire protection
d. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with participation of damages to a Tsilivi Travel car up to 300 Euro for the categories A, B, F, and 500 Euros for all other categories.
e. The above is valid if there was no violation of traffic laws such as being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY--Full insurance (FDW.):
The client may limit his responsibility for involvement to any damage of the car as mentioned above, by paying 6 Euros per day (FDW). Whether or not the client has accepted CDW or FDW is obligated to pay for replacement of any damaged tires, rims and the undercarriage of the car. These damages are not covered by insurance in any way. The above terms are valid on condition that the damage was not caused due to violation of the traffic regulations such as being under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
INSURANCE OF DRIVER AND PASSENGERS: Covers in case of death, total or partial disablement up to 17,608.22 Euros for the driver and up to 8,804.11 Euros for each passenger and for hospitalization 880,4l Euros. Maximum indemnity per accident cannot exceed 44,020.54 Euros.
COVERAGE FROM THEFT:
The client is released from the responsibility of car theft.
EXTRA CHARGE FOR ADDITIONAL DRIVER:
3.00 Euros per day
CHILDREN'S SEATS: Available only after booking with an additional charge of 3.00 Euros per day.
DELIVERY/COLLECTION: Delivery is free for the following areas: Airport, Zakynthos Town, Argassi, Tsilivi, Alikes, Alikanas, Laganas, Kalamaki, Agios Sostis, Keri and any connecting villages between these resorts.
RENTAL OUTSIDE OF ZAKYNTHOS: Clients are obligated to receive permission from Tsilivi Travel for the car to leave the island
TRANSPORTATION BY SHIP: Clients are obligated to receive permission from Tsilivi Travel.
CHANGE OF CAR: Tsilivi Travel reserves the right to change the car in special circumstances.
ROAD ASSISTANCE: 24-Hour road assistance.
TAXES: 18 % Vat is included in the price of the car rentals.
TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment to be made in full by the client on delivery of the car.
PRE-BOOKINGS: Cars pre-booked by clients will be issued a confirmation email and a 30% deposit is necessary to secure the booking. Pre-booking via internet must be done 7 to 10 days prior to delivery date in order for the internet prices and special offers to be valid.

None of the insurances cover damages to tires, mirrors, windscreen, the underneath of the vehicle as long as none of the damages or losses will be caused at the interior of the car and also at the hoods of open cars.
