Kypseli, which is located amongst many villages on the northern side of the island cuts across the fertile olive groves leading down to the deep blue sea. Being 10 kilometres from Zakynthos town, and 2 kilometres from the nearest busiest resort, Tsilivi, car hire is recommended.

The locals say that the trees in Kypseli would bear fruit all year round and so it was given its present day name, which in Greek means beehive. Although this village's main sources are olive production and wine making, it has awoken to the needs of tourism. Alongside the sea front there are accommodations which one can spend their holiday and admire the beauty of nature.

Villa Jorgos, is located right on the beach with panoramic views to the sea. One can wake up and enjoy their coffee on the sandy shores or take romantic walks during sunset.
This Villa is discrete in its quiet location but within walking distance of many necessities. Nearby there are a few tavernas with local food and fresh fish. Further, there is a super market, bakery and even a butcher's shop. The villa is divided into two floors. The upstairs has a sitting room with a fireplace and the kitchen with the dinning area. The kitchen consists of fully stocked cupboards, a proper cooking unit with exhaust fan and a big family fridge.

The inside staircase leads you downstairs to the bedrooms. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which can sleep up to 6 persons.

If necessary the sofas can sleep two children in the living room area. The balconies of the bedrooms lead you onto the front sea view. This breathtaking sight can make waking up early a real pleasure.

The villa is self-catered and linen is provided for once or twice a week.
