Emerald Villas consist of eight villas, each of one placed in an area of 1000sq meters; four of them are 65sq meters and the other four are 80sq meters.
All villas have been tastefully decorated and have 2 bedrooms, which can accommodate 5-6 persons.
They have a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, bathroom with Jacuzzi, large veranda and balcony, air-condition, Sat TV, Internet access and safety deposit box. |

Emerald Villas stand detached in a large mountain plot with spectacular a view of the Ionian Sea, the Blue Caves and the lush greenery of the mountains of Agios Nikolas.
Agios Nikolaos is 30km away from the main city of Zakynthos where you can also find the main port of the island. If you choose is to visit the island by private boat, you can moor your boat at the port of Agios Nikolas which is only 300m away from Emerald Villas.
Agios Nikolas is well known for its fresh fish. You can find seaside restaurants serving delicious fresh fish of your choice or if you wish, you can find many places where you can do your own fishing.
